The Operations & Administration Assistant will provide administrative support to the Society as part of the Operations & Administration Team and be responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of below programmes. Job Description |
Milk & Diapers Programme ● Manage general email enquiries ● Coordinate with social service agencies on case matters ● Maintain beneficiary, volunteer and programme records in Oracle NetSuites ● Assist in operational matters as and when required ● Provide general administrative support EduFriends Programme ● Support student registration and onboarding ● Maintain student and volunteer records in Oracle NetSuites ● Track attendance and progress reports ● Assist with volunteer communications |
Qualifications and Experience |
● At least 3-years of experience in operations and administration management or a related field. ● Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable ● Good written and verbal communication skills ● Proficient in Microsoft Office (knowledge of Oracles NetSuites is an advantage). Able to manage multiple tasks across programmes ● Interest in community service, children, and education |

Case Manager / Social Worker |
Working as part of the Community Services team, the Case Manager / Social Worker is responsible for providing comprehensive care and support to complex and chronic cases that require assistance from multiple agencies. They achieve this through appropriate information sharing and referrals. This service complements the work of the Vincentian volunteers by offering casework and case management aimed at improving the quality of life for our Friends in Need (FINs). This role involves building strong relationships with various stakeholders and actively networking and collaborating with social service agencies across government, private, and community sectors. |
